Joseph St. Clair, IBM certified professional, is the founder of Biene Solutions Technology, Inc. As a US Army Officer & Veteran of 20 years, Joseph brings over 14 years of successful management and leadership experience, with a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives. Joseph has had the privilege to work for Fortune 500 companies includingIBM and EDS. He is the backbone and driving force of BST, Inc.
